Hello my name is Brian McElyea President/CEO of Lendertransaction.com. We are a full service appraisal management company. I think it is just a matter of time before third party appraisals will be enforced by fannie and freddie.
what does everybody think of appraisal managment companies like lendertransaction.com or other ones. Do you think this is a good thing for appraisals to be done through a third party.
